I listen to Air America many hours a day as a Taxi driver. The most articulate knowledgeable and most important committed of the Air America crew is simply Sam Sedar. He is not apologetic like Al Franken, nor self absorbed like Randi Rhodes. He is the mainstay of what I strongly believe progressive narrator should be. Without Sam this is just another talk radio conglomerate. Wake up my friends. I don't know what the politics are but you are making a grave error without Sam.

While I am not a radio listener, I strongly support any and all progressive voices who have the courage to speak out in our society of limited belief systems. Silencing those voices is nothing short of an abridgement of the fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment!

Sam Seder and his "Majority Report" on AirAmerica radio is one of the very best progressive talk radio programs on the air today. Sam is right up there with Thom Hartmann and Peter B. Collins when it comes to hard work, keen insight, and high intellect. I far prefer The Majority Report to a number of other offerings on my local AirAmerica station. The loss of this program would be a travesty and another win for the Neo-Cons.

Sam Seder is pure genius. We need him, and we need The Majority Report. Don't cut back on what America needs!

One of the better shows that Air America presents. Loss of the show would reduce my willingness to listen to Air America, which is otherwise sometimes overly shrill.

The Majority Report is one of Air America's top programs, don't loose it or Sam Seder. Without them you will become just an other radio station!

Not until The Majority Report on Air America Radio have I ever made a point of tuning into a radio show in the evening. I consider this The Majority Report to be must hear radio. It inspires me, informs me and sometimes makes me really mad. I love it! Please save this show.

Sam Seder is a responsible journalist. He should not be removed from Air America. The Majority Report is a voice of people in the midst of all irresponsible journalism.

I started listening to Air America shortly after the 2004 presidential election when I was feeling depressed and discouraged and desperately needed to hear voices that echoed my thoughts and feelings. During the last two years, Air America has helped me come back from despair and get re-encouraged to fight for everything that is important to me and once again have hope in the progressive movement. The Majority Report, and most importantly Sam Seder, has been the most important voice to me over these last two years. Although all of Air America's shows are great, I have sometimes been disappointed to see more progressive shows replaced by more moderate ones. These shows do not evoke the passion that shows like the Majority Report do. Losing Sam Seder on Air America would be a huge loss to Air America and to the progressive movement. His voice is desperately needed as we attempt to take our country back from the extremists that currently control it. I cannot put into words how devestating it would be to me and to the movement to lose Sam Seder's voice. I hope that is not something that Air America is considering.

Sam Seder is one of the most intelligent and interesting talk radio host that Air America has-and it would horrible not to be able to listen to him!! He and Mike Malloy are my two favorite evening hosts and with Al Franken, Randi, Jerry and Rachel Maddow we have a great team. Please do not let Sam or Mike leave!! It will really spoil Air AMerica for me.

NO, do not take Sam away. More importantly, do not take away The Majority Report. AIR America, don't turn your back on us, the listeners.

I listen to the Majority Report almost daily. Air America would do me and other listeners a great disservice if you remove the Majority Report. Already,I am unable to listen to the 10 pm program----those sisters! Just what news do they provide the people who are unable to listen to Air America during the day? Please maintain the programs that will maintain the interests of your loyal listeners. The removal of Mike was a great disapointment---please do not remove Sam Seder.

Loyal Listener,

Jackie Peters

It can fairly be said that NO progressive radio personality in the last couple years has done more to promote real activism than Sam Seder. He has given out more congressional phone numbers, more action page links, and has given air time to more worthy progressive candidates than two or three others we might name combined. If progressive radio is to be about anything, it is best exemplified by The Majority Report on Air America Radio weekday evenings.

Way back when we were fighting to stop a compromise on the filibuster of radical right wing ideologue federal judges, Sam Seder was one of the only ones out there rallying his listeners to speak out, until someone else you have heard in the news lately, Joe Lieberman, pushed the surrender to cut our legs off. Just this last week, Sam Seder took it on himself to exhort his listeners to call and email key senators on the despicable estate tax sham, a fight we might not have won without him.

Please keep Sam on Air America, he is a voice that we need to hear

With (the brilliant) Sam Seder plus Janean Garofalo and an infinite supply of fascinating guests, The Majority Report is one of Air America's TOP programs. I like the edge and the energy of this show. And it just keeps getting better.

I never listen to AAR in the morning anymore. It's tedious and boring since they canceled Morning Sedition, which was very funny. Maybe they should repeat The Majority Report in the a.m. [I kid but only a little.]

To the management of Air America Radio:
Please allow us to have Sam Seder continue to inform us; there are so few options for us to get news, and we need this service. There are hardly any progressive voices, Sam may not be as flashy, or famous, as some but he delivers the information we need. There ar all kinds of faux liberals with air time; please let Sam do what he does. I bought into Sirius when you came on the air, you switched to XM and so I did too. I am loyal to AirAmerica, please be loyal to us who want real information delivered...you don't want to aid the efforts of those whose interests are in suppressing the discussion to the right wing talk only, do you?

Majority Report is such a witty and poignantly informative show. AIR's consideration to remove Sam Cedar while keeping shills like Jerry Springer, Alan Combs, and other Democans smacks of hypocrisy, fear, and profit motive emanating elsewhere than its listeners.

The majority Report has provided an oportunity for more people to take part in the democratic process. this is vital since non-participation breeds cynicism, alienation and efforts to stirke back or to find scapegoats. Sam Seder's program must be kept on. Thank you

I listened while Sam and Janeane called the aar ceo and caught him drunk at the horseraces. I was shocked to hear this schmuck trash Al Franken and Sam and Janeane. It was a true embarrasment. I want to start a new website supporting a change of management for aar and getting rid of this piece of human garbage. Majority Report is easily the best show on aar. If Sam goes you can kiss my aar premium dues goodbye. It's sad to see what has started as an ambitious project to bring back some semblence of the fairness doctrine and perservere through such hardships, end up being controlled by some corporate "waste of space". I love you Sam, keep your head up and keep up the fight. Peace to all.

The voice of the people should be honored. If we have Rush Limbaugh to hear, why shouldn't we have Sam Seder for a different approach to life in America?

Air America has been making some pretty stupid programming decisions over the past year...airing Jerry Springer and the Satellite Sisters, cancelling Marc Maron, and dumping Mike Malloy from the NY market. Cancelling The Majority Report with Sam Seder might just be the final straw for me...and I say this as someone who listens every day.
Sam is GREAT. He is passionate, funny, informative, and extremely well attuned to cutting-edge political discourse. Don't be stupid again, Air America...KEEP SAM SEDER.
