On Thursday, March 4, Rep. Dennis Kucinich will introduce his privileged resolution to end the Afghan War. The resolution requires that the House debate the continuing war in Afghanistan, now the second longest war in American history. Please make your voice heard at this critical juncture to finally reverse this disastrous and counterproductive occupation.

That the United States military is engaged in literally endless occupations of multiple countries in the Middle East, for the sole purpose of seizing control of their oil resources, is no secret to any of the citizens of those countries, who hate us more every additional day we are there. It is only some citizens of our own country, disconnected from all reality, who believe we are there to promote "democracy", even as democracy at home is crippled by our Supreme Court.

Please call on your members for Congress to drop the phony "support our troops" rhetoric, and REALLY support them by bringing them home now.
